its an option to bend rails. I used 2x3, 3/16 rect. Tube miter cut do desired angles needed. Check out my 4runner build below for pics.

Dont have to space wheels, just put them on there to see if it will help. Going to remove unused threadsand chase them. Also considered painting...
My guess is DJM, not many spindle manufactures. Still good brand.
