I have the same exact problem bro. I need a transfer of title to my name. At first it wasn't required at a test only so I took it to a test and repair and it failed. Waited for too long since the head gasket blew and dmv changed it to test only.

Oh okay I see. Well mine has failed on the hydrocarbon portion. It required to be smogged at a test n repair to a test only now.

You're not the only one that is having smog issues. I haven't failed 4 times but twice. What part did you fail on? Keep me posted on what's going on with yours.
