    Power lose at 3000+ rpms?

    Yes original throttle body. I checked volt range on to a went from .47 to 3.7volts. Is this normal.

    I have a 94 pickup 4cyl., 5spd, 221000 miles. I recently did an engine swap. Now when I get in it to crank it the throttle is stuck after pressing...
