Ive done endless hours of googling this question and either I look right past it or nobody has answered it..

I swapped in a 5 speed out of a 89 pickup after I blew up my 4 speed, but the speed sensors are different. The one from my 4 speed is a smaller diameter cable driven, but the 5 speed is a bigger diameter and electronic.

Is there a bigger diameter cable driven sensor that will work? If not, is there an adapter to make a smaller diameter sensor fit?

Hopefully someone has ran into this issue before.
