Would 16 by 8 with -10 offset clear the fenders?? Both front and rear. Or would 16by 7 only clear? Thanks

I don't think they will. I used to have 15X7, 0mm offset wheels and they stuck out about an inch, all around. I haven't had a chance to measure the fronts, but for an 8-inch wheel, you will need about 35mm offset (like radchadtrinidad said) for it to fit under the rear fenders. 7-inch wheels need a 25mm offset. This is on a Japan long bed.
