Reworked dash & new upholstery

    I wanted a red back ground ,so laid a piece of red plastic over the first piece,also giving more strength [​IMG]

    Then it was time to fit all the gauges in place & start the wiring,tying all into the stock wires. New senders were in place @ the other end[​IMG]
    I have a Electrical Diagram book from Toyota that is very usefull

    The finished product,ready to install[​IMG]
    The wiring is soldered & shrink wrapped,I used connectors between the cluster & dash for ease removal .

    Question tho. What did you have to do to get the Spedo working and accurate?

    very nice man. i did my dash in black trunk liner.....that was a PITA, but looks cool.
    I like the cluster, what does it look like all lit up?

    has a speed sensor that is electrical output,& threads directly on the trans!
    Part number #HE22C, WHEN i BOUGHT IT IT WAS $92.50 PLUS SHIPPING
    It will work with most after market speedos. The Autometer, you can calibrate.:cool:
