I have a 94 pickup 4cyl., 5spd, 221000 miles. I recently did an engine swap. Now when I get in it to crank it the throttle is stuck after pressing the pedal and freeing it. It works as it should. Also when I get to about 3000rpms it loses power(hp) and starts busting up. This happens through all gears. I took throttle body off and cleaned it this weekend but still having the issue. Trucks good until that 3000rpm mark! Please help!

Are you using your original throttle body? If not it sounds like someone may have tampered with the stop screw on your throttle body causing it to stick in the bore. That will also throw off tps and acceleration fuel trims and air calculation.

Yes original throttle body. I checked volt range on to a went from .47 to 3.7volts. Is this normal.
