All of a sudden the next morning I I jump in my truck to start it and I have no power to the dash or wouldn't turn over.i charged the battery and tested good.. Now I ran a hot wire to the key switch and everything works now.. 2days after my battery and alternater died... Is there any relay or Somthing to replace that powers the electrical components and ignition... I have an 82 sr5.

there's a lot of fuses and relays that you've bypassed by running a hot wire , you should start by checking all your fuses ether with a test light or pulling each fuse . But it almost sounds like you may have shorted something out
