Well was a great show year, had 17 shows on my list & made 16 of them, I covered a lot of roads, drove 4,666.8 miles, saw old friends & made new ones, & placed at 10 of them! The last show was yesterday, Scrape & Scare, a 3 day Truck Run, of which I was there for one day, Retirement Toy , won Best Of Day Show, great hand made award, & a very nice way to finish the year!!
The first of the year was in Laughin NV, & two in southern Cali. & the rest in the central valley & with some in the Bay Area
ah i miss going to all the shows in Cali.. had my yota in 2 shows and won 2 trophys. I could only imagine how many awards you get for your ride @truckaction
I don't go to shows to get a award, but if & when it happens then I know I built it right! I really in enjoy talking & meeting all the peps @ shows & see all the different clubs! And my truck doesn't win @ every show ,but it doesn't do to bad !! 9 out of 16 shows this year, 2 awards @ one show, can't complain !!
Pshh...doesn't sound too bad to me man... ya I understand going just for the people and the atmosphere...I didn't go to shows for the awards either
