MPG what are you getting?

    Fill up, mapquest a destination, go their, then fill up again. Then do the math. :waytogo:

    New to Minis

    What's up all, I just bought an 82 base mini that has seen better days but is a lot of fun to drive. I'm getting about 22-24 mpg. I'll post some pics later. Its pretty stock aside from some funky wheels the previous owner installed. :D

    My 77 LB 5 speed gets crap mileage...maybe 14 or 15 city and 19 highway. I was troubleshooting my carb and I think I finally found the problem:

    This is at idle....do you think that's too much gas getting into the carb? Anyone know what's the culprit? I know something is definitely leaking. Looking at it reminds me of a faucet!

    On the bright side I have good compression, low oil consumption, and a rebuilt trans.

    im getting about 14 or so, with a 22r and a 4 speed
