I wanted to put like something else to give it a better look like zebra or something. But like my headliner and A pillars are like cloth and like 3 metal wires hold da cloth up on the roof would I be able to just glue the fabric on the original headliner cloth? If so what type of glue or spray can I used to stick it on there?

Early & some later models have bow type headliners ( with the wires). I changed mine to a hard type on my 88. See my post & photo's !

I am curious how you manufacture the headliner. I know its not totally related to this particular thread. However, my little 78 does not have anything up top and I am curious how others have manufactured the piece that the fabric mounts to. Covering the piece is no problem but how do get a template when you dont have the old one laying around??? Any advice would sure be helpfull... what material etc....

    cheers!
