I'm doing the ac conversion on my truck, and the last piece I need is the evaporator cooler box that goes underneath the dash. My problem is every time I go to the junkyard, I only find v6 models and not 22re. Will the evaporator cooler box from the v6 work with the 22re components I have?

Any help is greatly appreciated

I just replaced all the components of my AC, got all new on-line!!
A vacuum pump & gauges to charge up also!!

 

Thanks for your reply, but specifically I'd like to know if the 22re and v6 units are interchangeable?

 

Call a auto supply store like Napa, & see if the same part number applies to both!
