adjusting idle on 1L diesel

    my 81 2wd pickup seems to have an idle set too low (set the throttle/ high idle) and it seems to run better at that rpm anyone know which adjuster on the pump will fix this (not really any info on these motors anywhere on google).

    i BELIEVE IT'S b 4 THERE WUZ COMPUTERS ON (ecm, PCM). Also may have a "line pump" rather than a "rotery pump" (sorta like 1/2 the carb in a gas vehicle). U can 'turn it up" for more performance.
