So just to be sure, I've got a 93 2wd that I'm going to bag and probably do the 4Runner front end (grill, bumper, valence, headlights) w/ the 4x4 fenders . Do I need to use the Core Support from the 4Runner also ?

Do I need the hood also ?? Or are they they the same as my 2wd.

Hoods are the same. You can use your core support. If you have the tools and time I would swap core supports and make it all factory looking.

Youd have to modify your original core support. But as stated if ypu have the tools and time swap it out so you dont hack the original stuff

I did the core support swap on mine. While it's not a write up I did post pics of before, during and after using an aftermarket support in my build thread Fish Head.

    It's pretty stright forward.
