I need some help, I have a 78 Hilux 20R and the majority of the smog / vacume lines have been removed. I need a diagram or some good photos so I can get this thinrunning properly.
Thanks in advance for your help.

Do you have to smog it? If not just get a weber and some block off plates and strip it down to the minimum

Search "20R Desmog" some good threads come up. Although everyone says tuning the stock carb is a pain to tune without the emmissions stuff

On my first truck I ran a stock carb completel desmogged and tuned it just fine. If you know what your doing and your carb is in good shape, you won't have a problem. Just find the vacuum port on the carb that gets more vacuum with more throttle to run for the distributor
