wassup guys havent posted in here in a while im just stopping by to let yall know im putting a 5.3 into my yota i recently found a 5.3 for cheap so i had to get it so thats just what i did my goals are to run 12's with fbo and maybe spray it. and my yota still the same im just gonna lifted the front up due to the oil pan. the 5.3 needs 2 pistons and im going to buy them in a week or so and also the motor mounts that way ill put the motor into the bay and see what else ill have to do. it currently has a 22r still running strong but wanna be faster for all these trucks down here in texas so thats just what ima do i will upload pics of motor and truck later or tomorow!

the only problem doormat that its a gen 4 5.3 so the motor mounts dont know if the gen 3 will fit

 

I see, -85yota. Gen 4--too new fangled for my blood.

 

this is what the v6(v8) going into, will start tearing it apart when the motor is all done still haven't found those darn pistons but Ill find them eventually
