    i say 4 headlights = hilux

the last "badged" hilux in the states was 74, then there was a grill update (to the one you got) and the badge came off.

world wide, basic trucks are still badged hilux.

whats the build date on the truck?

i know a guy REALLY into datsuns in yelm

Hey Guys, Yeah it would be nice to meet up with some PNW Mini's

It was MFG'd in Sept 76 that is prolly why it's registered as a 77

So you guys found a source for Parts yet? I could really use a left rear tail light..

At least untill I figure out if I'm going to keep em or go custom.

Oh and I have seen some nice Datson's around here

Like Truck Action said, Sittin Pretti is in Seattle area. I know there is Aftermath (they have a small chapter here in Boise), Underground Kustoms (they put on Lowdown in the Southsound), & probly some nationwide clubs chapters.

Hey Fella's thanks for the information it looks like Sittin Pretti is a Car Club in Seattle http://www.sittinpretti.com/2201.html and http://www.myspace.com/sittinpretti

Underground Kustoms That's the name I was trying to remember from Lowdown 09 Geeze it seams they are a Car club too... http://505undergroundkustoms.com/ and http://www.myspace.com/ukundergroundkustomz

Aftermath http://www.itdontstop.com/main.html don't have a chapter in Washington and appear to be a car club as well.

I guess that is probably the only way to belong is to get involved with a car club.

Hummmm Great info Guys.... i'm like a robot I want more input...more input... Who else knows anything about clubs in the Pacific Northwest?

Its a different Aftermath then the nationwide club. As far as I know they only have 2 chapters, Boise & Seattle. And from what I hear they're thinkin about changing their name cause of the mix up.

ok so I did it I found the pictures I have on hand

So here goes the first 3 are from when I brought it home.

So then we lowered the rear 3" and the front 2.5
    [IMG]

you can still see the nasty Large mirror holes in the doors
    [IMG]

Then dude to Big tire syndrom I found some newer tires from a front wheel drive car, The fender rubbing stopped

This is suposed to be a shot of the creases in the front fender and door.

Well 8 and 9 are shots of My Christmas Present the wife found 5 wheels and tires for $650 So when the bed work happens I "will"... find a way to incorporate the spare tire in the build
    [IMG]

This was meant to be a close shot of the wheels but look at all the Mud... Geeze life on the farm. I need some Gravle in my Driveway
    [IMG]

So I posted my pics on PNW4WDA.org and one of the Offroaders told me he had some doors for me. OMG Dude I needed a better looking set no more Junky Miror holes
    [IMG]

As you see by the crease in mine... they were needed.

Well Bad news the Tranny started grinding and popping so I parked her in the tent
    [IMG]

Because My Garage is still in the process of being built

it looks a little rough out there but ive done the same or worked with less. cover is cover, and here any shelter from rain is nice to have. even if its not paved and enclosed.

but the truck looks good. if you have spare parts or need any there are plenty of guys on here with these trucks. and i like the new doors and mirrors. i take it youll be repainting the truck. anything but flat black....lol theres already 2 or 3 of this era truck in this area. haha. keep rockin the orange. :p
