So i started my new job today! Finally found a shop that was looking for an apprentice. Shops were kinda slow around here for the last month so it has taken awhile to land a job. The guys there are awsome! Can't wait to get rolling again on my apprenticeship again so i can get lisenced finally!
Loughlin's out in Hallville. Country place, they do tractor sales and repair but im in the Auto side of the shop. Pretty big place.
Yeah this weekend would be the weekend to do it! I have it all off cept for Sat night i think... ill double check. Other than that im free. Ill text or call u fri dude.
no my contract just ended and im not sure if i want to go with rogers anymore, just checking out other companies.
congrats on the job, the shop i work for hires people all the time who say they have experience, but don't have any credentials. sounds tougher up your way!
Yea, places dont want to hire you up here unless your lisenced. No one wants the hassle of teaching a young apprentice. But when you find someone who wants to there usually really good to you!
probably better that way. we went through 3 welders in 2 weeks. in their interview they said " i can weld anything". to say the least, they couldn't weld anything.
