Hard to understand, but taking a swing at it. So, you rebuilt the carb and installed it, along with new spark plug wires, distributor and rotor. When you go to start that truck it hesitates to run and then just shuts off.

Am I correct? If so, first thing I would check is to make sure the wires where installed correctly, not saying you didn't but it can happen. Other than that, I would check to make sure you are getting fuel thru the carburetor. What else is it doing or not doing..

Firing order, timing, vacuum leaks, make sure your baseline settings for the carb are correct.

Well theres fuel and the more i crank it the more it floods i guess. The firing order seemed right. Theres only three things to adjust right ?

Verify the firin order is correct and that rotor is correct also, if you have a repair manual, it eill tell you how to check tdc and then verify the rotor is in correct spot. If wverything looks good, verify you are getting spark at the spark plugs.. Dnt pump the pedal, flooding the plugs(aka fouling) them wont help and then they will need to be replaced if the plugs get to fouled

Make sure you're getting power/ground to your fuel cut off solenoid too.

Ran into that issue on 2 out of the 2 toyota trucks i've owned.
