So I'm in the process of installing power windows in my truck, and I need to run the power wire. Would I have an issue if I ran it directly to the battery (its fused) or should I run it to work when the key is on. If I do the key which wire so I connect it to (I have a wire diagram but I cant find the book at the moment). Also when I put my shaved doors there is a feature to run it to the park lights so when I press the button they flash, where do I run that one?

Run it to the ignition, I don't know which wire. Otherwise someone could stick a clotheshanger in and operate the windows to get in.

Alright I got the windows to work with the Key (anyone trying at home its the light blue and red one on the truck side of the ignition switch plug). Now If anyone could help that has had done alarms who knows which wire to attach to to make the park lights flash with the door poppers.
