Do yourself a favor an buy a metric shallow and deep well socket set as well as a metric set of wrenches. Don't go all snap on, go to lowes and get a kobalt setup. Crawl under there and get to work. Not bein an ass but I will remember something much longer if I find out for myself rather than having someone tell me. But no, the upper starter mount is a stud, with a 17mm nut. The lower mount is a 14. There are 4 bolts from the brackets to the bell housing that are 14 also.
