Hey I have been driving my truck around for a while now since I finished bagging it. But if I air it up and walk away, then come back later, the passenger side bags lose air. If I leave it overnight they lose all the air. I figured out it is leaking out of my 2 valves for airing down/out on that side. It's leaking right out of the oulet port! WTF eh:shrug:
What do you guys think I should do about this. I put some threaded caps in there and it holds air all night now. Is it possible this could be my fault or are they defective?

take apart the valve and clean the rubber part, its 4 screws. you constantly have to clean em cause water n junk gets stuck in the valves. congrats on the new install

Yeah, it's probably just dirt. I've had an occasional slow leak on my front passenger corner for over a year now. Doesn't leak every time, I'm just too lazy to chase it down.

Same story here man. I got all new fittings, line, bags but they still leak and its my valves which are probably 3 years old, like everyone else said take em apart and clean them.

HOWEVER if the valves, tank, lines are new and you've been driving around in dry weather Im gonna have to go with defective or overtightened and you messed up the threads cause that would cause a leak if your using cheaper fittings.

Alright thanks. I'll try and clean the diaghragm. It's completely possible that dirt got in there because they are pointing straight down at the ground. If this works I might put a 90 degree fitting on there to prevent dirt going in there. I remember once I was airing down in the dirt and when I drove off the patch of dirt there was dirt all under my truck and some holes in the dirt where the air exited. Thanks again sounds like that's what it is.
