So my truck is OEM Green now. It has been repainted at some point, but its not a great paint job at all. I am not really a fan of green. However I am in the process of having a new front valance painted and installed. I had it color matched to the original color and now seeing that fresh wet paint has me starting to like the green more. What do you guys think? I was leaning towards Blue, Black or White originally.

    That green is nice.

I actually really like the darker red that came OEM on the 89-95 trucks. But im a sucker for red

I think it looks great as-is, it's a less common color than say blue or black. I used to have an 87 Toyota turbo 4x4 that had a metal flake brown paint, it was a very beautiful color that I should have appreciated more when I owned it - how many brown cars do you see these days?

Vinyl wrap, plasti dip, and that new "temporary" auto paint (similar to plasti-dip) are all options to test it out and see if you like change.

I got a couple quotes 1200-1500 to wrap it any color i want. The problem is I have to take the bed off if I want them to wrap behind the cab. 3M 1080 vinyl which is supposed to be the best

Sounds about right for wrap pricing. I was gonna say around $2k if it were SUV size. I also heard a vinyl wrap lasts around 5-6yrs. Plasti-dip i've heard only lasts 2-3yrs, costs around $300-400, but you can touch it up annually I think until you get to a certain thickness and have to start over. Also have seen some horrific pics of removal process taking off paint/clear coat if the original paint wasn't the best foundation.

my truck is the same color. the deep dark green. but its all booger'd n faded over time. got some clear rash on the roof. i really dont like green but this color truck grew on me. plus, not everyone has the green. everyone has the black, red, white, silver.
it separates me from the rest of the pack. a sleeper

Yeah thats about what I gathered too. Im not a fan of plasti dip. I plasti dipped some rims once. It was nice but the color didnt hold up well and I cleaned it like i was supposed to. Gas will eat right through plasti dip also.

DONT PLASTI DIP!!! That $hit SUCKS taking off. Too thin and it bakes on to the vehicle...too much and it never really cures properly. That green lioks good in that truck..if anything get some flake put in into. Blue is nice choice too...i was gonna do a pepsi blue or candy apple red. But whatever u do do not plasti dip lol.

The wheels remind me of Enkei 92s. Had a set for a mustang. They would look sick staggered on your truck man!
