I have 2" belltech spindals and 17 cobra wheels (1997). My truning sucks plus I rub my steer stops and it bugs me. Help!!!
The only thing I can think of is to adjust your steer stops. Just make sure your tires don't rub. Do the steer stops make loud noises when you turn? If so, put a little greese on 'em.
If possible, post some pics of what youve got & also if possible take the tire off & see what is rubbing too. Might be able to trim so stuff to help those tires clear.
Check for rubbing on the inside of the wheel first, if there is none, you can adjust the steering stops to increase the limits. On my truck, I was able to remove the bolts that serve as stops all together. This increased my steerability dramatically. It also made the irritating rubbing noise go away permanantly.
are you trying to turn sharper or take corners better? some pics of the front suspension with the wheels at full crank would help a ton.
