    You can log off and make a new username, I think. It may have to be with a different email account though.

    I've been on a few forums, and this has come up before. The only ppl that can do it would be the "Jeff" ? Guy I hear about. And some higher power mods.

    Mods can't do it. Well, not that I know of. Being one of two active Moderators, I think we're all the same. Just in different areas.
