So, I am in the processing of lowering my 83. I have thrown some 3 inch blocks on the rear and it looks much better! Otherwise, I am attempting to wind down the torsion bar, but I am having extreme difficulty getting the lock nuts to budge. I understand I have to lossen the top nut in order to then wind them both down. That top nut is being extremely stubborn. Any body got any ideas?

I dont know what to tell you titan...i have tried all those. First I used my guns. Then I used guns with pb blaster. Then I used PB blaster with impact wrench. Nothin anytime. When I use one wrench the whole bolt spins. Thus i use another to secure and stabalize the bolt, the nuts wont budge. I am lost. And the truck does not look so good only half lowered lol

would being on a lift make this any easier...it is a ackward angle from below the truck

    frustration to say the least

Heat up the bolt. That should loosen it.
    Or get better leverage.
