I'm putting 3" drop blocks on my 88 pick up and was thinking of adding the 3" drop leafs later on and was wondering if this would make the back end too low to pull my 85 yota around on a full car trailor?

The drop leafs will be coming later, but still wondering because if I do the drop leafs then I will go with the street taco drop blocks instead of the parts store blocks.

I wouldnt suggest it but to each his own!! I can guarantee you'll be locked on bumbstops all day with that behind it.

Can't really go past a 3inch drop with the bumpstops on. With total of 6 inches you'll probably be on the frame all day. Towing stuff and you'll definetly be on the frame all day

my 85 used to tow a big ass box trailer full of tools *weighed approx the same* and was fine. I'm just going to put in 3" blocks and leave the springs alone so that I can still be able to haul stuff and not worry about it.

BTW: The bump stops are going to be one of the first things to get taken off. We did it on my 85 *3" blocks, pulled middle leaf, flipped bottom leaf* and never had an issue with it hitting frame unless 3-4 of us jumped in the bed.

just because you can tow something dosnt mean you should
the real question is can you stop it?

hate to sound like a dick but you've odvously have never seen what happens when a trailer takes control of the towing and your insurance company will not cover you when your trailer is over weight or tomuch for your truck in an accident
also if you were to get pulled over by the dot by the time their done with you you could of bought a fullsize truck to pull your toyota safely
