I love this site and "most" of the guys on here The reason I say most is since I am getting tired of the thread crapping on here....! Since we have NO MODERATORS!!!! we cant have others crap posts deleted! 1 if you want to lowball offers someone selling on here? then send the person a PM! don't post on the person's selling thread something like... "that's only worth $xx so I'll offer you 1/4 of what your asking...! 2 if your selling something? Then don't post on every related thread you can find about "I got one of those for sale" !! Use your own thread to advertise please!!!! Done ranting... For now....
nothing wrong with posting offers in the thread... If someones selling something for 100 bucks and i need it, but its only worth 30 bucks.. i hope someone is nice enough to post that, screw off to the people trying to get rich off of old yota parts... plus it helps people see what the seller is willing to take for the item or not..
Pretty sure that's not what he's talking about. We all know what most stuff is worth here, and if you want to make a lowball offer, fine. PM it. If the seller needs it gone quickly, he'll lower the price. Don't try to hock your stuff in someone else's build thread. It's tacky and we have a whole section devoted to selling stuff.
By the time you waste time reading through the side conversations, you'll forget what the thread was about.
Sorry I'm guilty of doing this when I have parts for sale... On a side note.... I don't mind the lowball offers personally, I can always say no.... It doesn't hurt to ask sometimes....
I always like the way you think Lit! you had me wondering why the reply numbers jumped so high! LOL! I don't mind lowball offers just don't claim you can get it elswhere for half the price and then offer even less than that in a post! at least PM me! And a guys build thread is kinda like his garage or showroom, a sort of internet car show... not a place for you to hock what your selling or talk about anything but the guys build.... I hate how this site has no moderators! we need an actual mod on here!!!
