ok im thinking about cutting the top off my truck and turn it in to a convertable and want to turn it in to a hard top convert. so help me pls

Definitely customized. If you got the cash,,,,,,,,,,,,,,do it.

 

you will need to reinforce the cab so the door gaps stay aligned, kinda like chopping a top. except make sure they are nice looking since they will need to be kept inside. I'm not sure on making it a hardtop convertible. i thought about it but it seemed like a pain in the butt.

 

i have seen a truck around me a few years ago that what a hard top convertable..dont habe a clue how it was done though

man, i need to read what i type.. umm from what i remember his were on the out side of the cab..but agian it was a few years ago...

 

I saw a truck like that at scr8pfest. it looked to me like he used the section he cut ogg the truck and added support as needed. his latches were all custom and hand fabricated according to his buil sheet he had in front of the truck. you may be able to find pics if you find some from the show. or just make it like a Supra Targa, whatever its called lol.
