I give you some good news or a good scenario. The next person gives some bad news concerning that scenario. The last person gives the horribly ugly news.
Then we start all over again with another good scenario.
Example:

The Good - You just got a call from Publishers Clearing House and they are sending you your check for $1,000,000

the next person would write:
The Bad - The check got lost in the mail and they need to cut you another one

the last person would write:

The Ugly - you get the check and forget to pay your taxes, you get thrown in jail and somebody named Bob wants to marry you but it's to late because Bubba already gave you a ring and took you on your honeymoon!!!!

OK here we go:

The Good - You met the person of your dreams in a night club
