My 94 Yota 22RE gets about 13 MPG in the city with normal driving. I do have 18's on the truck but I believe I still should get better gas mileage. Plugs, wires, and distributor was changed in Jan. Any suggestions other than getting a Prius? Im still thinking about Sea Foaming it. Sorry thread is in wrong year.
dirty air filter, clogged cat, plugged vacuum lines for the fuel rail presure diafram, or disconnected.
