I have a 4" block I want to use in the rear of my 93 standard cab, will the taper on the block mess with my pinion angle?

The taper is there to correct pinion angle or at least reduce it ..a tapered block is what you want

Sweet,I know that I used it in my 90 extra cab to lift and with the taper pointing forward to angle the diff up to keep the driveline at a better angle,I'm guessing that I keep it pointed forward when I put it in my 93 to lower it?

Tapered points forward as in the lower side of the block points towards the front

Will I have to trim anything with a 4" I seen on a couple other posts they had to trim the crossmember because the drivelines in the standard cabs would hit I think?

You might would be a good idea to trim the bumps tops or get some beef taco low pro ones maybe even a mini c notch depending on the use of the truck

I dd it and haul a couple bikes from time to time, almost wondering if a 2" would be better so I can still haul my dirt bikes

Yea It kinda would with stock leaf springs and. 2 inch blocks two motocross bikes plus gear or gas 2 inch would be a easier ride ...you also can use bell tech drop leafs wich are 4 inch and still retain load capacity ..a four inch block can carry a load just requires more suspension clearance like a mini c notch
