probably a few hundred to get it taken off, or half a day in your drive way with a buddy, some beer and hand tools
Yeah it'll be easier to take one off than it is to put one on so if you have help and are mechanically inclined it might take you half a day to do.
Not only is it easier than installing, but, with doing it yourself you will learn more about your ride and maybe learn a thing or two, PLUS, youll save some dough . . .
to undo this you gotta have the stock bits needed to go back. go to a junkyard and grab the body mounts n bolts from any truck. just take the nuts off of all the ones on the cab then jack up one side, take em out then jack up the other. the suspension could be tricky if you have different springs. so you'd have to find stocker ones. how was your truck lifted suspension wise?
On the 89-95 Toyota truck, the body lift sits on top of the body mount... But since your going to be in the area of the body mount, get the poly cab mount kit from Downey: http://www.downeyoff-road.com/SuspensionComponents/Polyurethane.html Also when removing the body lift, its all about removing all the spacers, the only thing you will need to get is new mount bolt for the cab and bed, and then new bolts for the steering shaft.
