I have a cable Tach off a 4Runner of the same year and motor to install on my truck.

I know I have to change out the oil pressure switch in order for it to work with the new tach.

Does anyone have a part number, or can I just get one at autozone giving them the info for a 91 4Runner?

it should be the exact same oil pressure switch. especially if its the same year and same motor.

he means to go from the idiot light to the gauge, and yes you will need a new one. auto parts stores should have it.
