Swapping parts - 75' HiLux & 78' RV

    I've come across a few posts here stating that a 78' fender would not fit on their 75'...

    Does anyone know if that goes for the doors, as well?? Does anyone have an actual parts list so they can check the part numbers?

    Also, has anyone ever swapped parts with the RV version of our trucks? Meaning, will a fender from a 78' RV work with my 77' SR5? I would like to assume, yes.

    But we all know what happens when we ASS U ME. :)

    72 thru 78 all used the same fender, just the grille design was changed in 75,
    fender--53801-89121 right fits RN-22L-23L-27L-28L
    fender--53802-89115 left fits RN-22L-23L-27L-28L

    The RV models in those years was the same as a standard pickup so any of the body panels will interchange on the cab
