pay someone to cut the harness and put it back together or get some paperwork saying which wire is which, cut and reconnect in the right spots.

Dont cut your harness until you have read the wiring instructions that are listed on supracharged.com for your year truck and engine. Just my advice.

Is your truck a 5 speed or auto. If it's a 5 speed you can also swap in the 5vfze from a Tacoma or 4runner. There are some great stuff from offroadsolutions.com for the swap stuff. Just another option.

When it come to wiring dont worry! Its super easy. I just finished my 7M swap last month and all the info i needed for the wiring i got from Supracharged.com. great site and it fired up first try and havent had any wiring related problems since. As for tranny, you can use any one out of a 3rd gen supra. I used the w58, cause its all i had. and you will need to get your driveshaft shortened. All in all not a hard swap to do, and loads of fun to drive afterwards.
