would like to texture coat floor pans in stout ....anyone done this or now of a good texture coat product available in australia?

not that we have much water here in western Australia , purpose is more of a preventive measure & an alternative to carpet or rubber mats

oh & widow rubber for front & rear winscreens im guessing the little windows on the side are near impossible to get rubber for

does anyone have a door trim template for interor door panels

    any information welcomed

    thanks :brickknock:

Contact mike B. he has the line on the windscreen rubber. I posted his email in the exterior portion of the forum. Pict posted with new rubber installed in mine so I know it works! I do have my door panels as well but unsure the best way to get you a template...

It surprised me that they are in inches, so 13" high, 30 1/2 long bottom, 22 long top, curb starts at the front at 6" from bottom. Window winder hole is 1 1/2" center is 3 1/2 from top and 19 1/4 from back, door opener is 1" center is 8 1/8 from bottom and 25" from back and then there is a 4" hole directly below the Window winder that is again centered at 19 1/4" from back and 5 5/8" from bottom. I should be able to figure out the radius of the curves and center points for them, the holes for the clips to hold them on I doubt you will need as the possibility of obtaining such clips might not be within plans.

    Re edit

The curve at the front at the 6" from bottom measure out 3 1/4" as center point, but the other one to the top of door card ?

I did the measurements off one of the ones off my 1962

    Edit

So I just slipped the vinyl off and found a mystery point @ 7" that works the top curve, as it was broken and had a plate riveted on hence why I could not get it before

The wing window or quarter glass were only on post september 1967 RK43 lite stout and the RK101 so were not on the US version, it might be possible to find the rubber seals via Google translate on Japanese auction sites

The top curve mystery center point is 16 3/4" from bottom and 27 3/4 from back and thats 7" X marks the spot

I have no idea about pdf, I guess you could post it as a link.

With the floor pans I was waiting for a reply for my own, otherwise my old dyna had been done with spray on under body tar pressure cans and only after alot of use did it wear through and no it was not sticky. I think about doing the same on my stout as so far this year we have had over one metre of rain here bundaberg, my cousin did the roof of his f100 with it and then painted the whole thing white and it looked really good.

Don't have a stout, but, do they offer an over the counter spray in bed liner at a local parts store?

The next one will be pulling the vinyl off a set of seats "no rush" and doing scaled down drawings that will make the door panel look easy, the hardest part is my 15 month old "helping" or the reason of wonky lines and increased mess when it came to the dust on the 1962's door panel.

Try and look for Hippo Liner.I've seen it at Napa. Not sure if you have Napa there but any car parts store maybe.Hippo-Liner Truck Bedliner (BHBLCR) I've also seen a product called Hurculiner or something like that but my friend used Hippolinner inside the cab of his truck and damn.you're gonna need a chisel to remove that stuff.
