(Sorry for the terrible introduction, my name is will. I hope to find my truck and once again be a proud hilux owner)

Not sure if this is the right spot to post this. And I apologize for not being very active, as this board has helped me sort out a few issues while researching my truck.

Unfortunately my 1973 hilux longbed CA plate: 29064V1 was stolen from the mt Washington area of east LA. It's a 4sp, very dark blue repaint, blue interior, has an aluminum workbox, missing the grill badge and one slider window.

Bizarre since it was parked on a dead end in a very quiet neighborhood. There has been construction at the end of the block so I'm guessing maybe from the contractor traffic, someone needed this specific model for parts?

If anyone sees the truck, an 18R, or other parts that seem to fit the bill for a 73, Please let me know ( willATtherecordcollectiveDOTcom)

Turns out they did find it. Unfortunately I was out of town so the fees on the towing were higher than I would like... But I've got my pre smog pickup back! (Minus the toolbox, and shit aftermarket radio and speakers)

Now time to hunt down a rear window or do a low budget plexi replacement of one of the sliders.
