Stock cat vs aftermarket cat

    Just wandering if installing a new aftermarket cat coverter will help the exhaust flow better than the old cat or just wasting money?

    Get in from LC, they are flow through & stainless & less money than the stock unit!
    Run one on my 88!:cool:

    I don't think the cat in it self will effect much @ all.
    Make the engine breather better, K&N air filter ,headers ,& good muffler ( I like Borla), & the cat & you will see & feel a gain!:cool:
