Ok so I need to know how I could tell if my idler arm or pitman arm are going out. Because when I turn my truck it feels like it's jumping or popping.

Jack up one side, let the other stay firm on the ground and try to move the wheel back and forth. Check for any play in the linkage. It could also be wheel bearing about to go on the fritz....
