You are attempting to describe a noise, there of regarding a 20ish year old truck, over the internet.
Please be a little more detailed.
Such as : where is the noise approxamatly coming from?
What exactly is the noise, squeek, click, groan? (mine groans upon twisting of the frame, Mine also clunks going into reverse due to the driveshaft ujoint)
Also we are forced to assume that you are dealing with the 91x cab in your ID.
    Hopefully this will help all.

Just for ****s and giggles, you should take the front end apart and put it all back together. All you need is some red thread lock.

    Hopefully the sound will dissipate.

my 88 made loud clunking noises on a hard turns while in reverse, it did it at les schwab's tire store and the guy told me it was the rubber bushings in the front end were going bad:shrug: I never fixed the issue before the truck died so I'm not sure if he was right or not

Mine is doing the same thing. when I make a turn anywhere from 1/2 or more of a turn in either direction and hit a bump it makes a really loud squeek. watch my video of my truck I posted at night, you'll see when I make the u turn in the road it makes a loud squeek. I think a lot of it has to do with the heavy 2jz engine. but my guess is its in the steering somewhere.

Well my truck's CV axle on the front passenger side was making grinding noises due to lack of grease because of a torn boot. Then I had the mechanic lob in a bunch of grease and no noise for the past 3800 miles.

I suspect replacing all the front end bushings on my truck would help in the whole steering affair. I did give the Lil Beast new shocks all around and it rode much nicer than with the original 200k mile ones it had!

2wd do not have CV axles so that wouldn't be the problem for the noise, I have the same similar noise. I put on shocks and the noise diminished but when the truck goes over a big enough whoop-dee-doo it will this make the same squeeking. I still have no clue what it could be  . Suggestions anyone?

+1 for make clearer posts using some semblance of English and grammar.

I've heard of the steering stops making clicking/squeaking noises too. next would be bushings. Ball joints tend to make noise over bumps more than turning.

The sway bars. I'm bagged and I don't have that sound. And I don't have a sway bar. I have owned more than a few Toyota trucks. My best suggestion is sway bar. So replace those bushings. Or grease the crap out of them if you're cheap.

Well mines bagged aswell so no front sway bar. It's coming from my control arm. I have cando arms. I took the bolt out an put anti sieze in there an it still does it. I'm gonna take them out again an add more if not I think it might be my balljoints
