I slapped my Jeep wheels on and they look great. Only issue is that on the back, the wheel curves in a little and hits the edge of the drum slightly. I don't think it's a real issue, but I'd rather have the wheels pushed out towards the fender a little. I'm figuring 1/4" spacer, maybe 1/2". Anybody here know of any issues with slapping one of those on long term? I'm pretty sure that the wheels will work without them since they seem to spin freely and bolt flush.
I've heard many pros / cons of spacers, especially about stress to the studs. I don't really want to replace the studs right now, so will this make me have to?

Last time I used spacers the were .7" and 1.3" spacers on my '71 240z, I did the 5-lug swap and z32 wheels, and I used 6" ARP studs. A little extreme but it looked sick.

yes spacers put more stress on your studs, and if you get cheapo spacers that do not ride on your hub ive seen studs snap. Also the bigger the spacer the more the stress. As long as you are running a small spacer where you can get threads to come out the back side of the lug nuts, and then actually fit ON to your hub not around you should be ok long term. Just make sure to re-torq If you get the bolt onto the stuts type.

    good luck

btw what jeep wheels did you get, I saw some I wanted but wasnt sure about the offset and width fitting under the truck

I got steel 15x6 wheels off CL for $50 for the set. The backspacing is 4", fits really close to the stock wheels. They look really nice, just kinda want them to come out a bit more.

I may / may not do the spacers, not sure yet. If they aren't an issue the way they are I might just leave them. I was just thinking about them, always like to know the facts before I commit to anything.
Had enough false starts on this truck already.

Yea but does it fit over the hub? If those ar 17's or 18's they'll probably fit over the ball joint fine. It's just a question of the depth and width for the hub.
I think mine are 2.75" centerbore. I wouldn't be suprised if all the Jeep wheels have that.

Nice wheels. WAAAAAAAAAAYYYYY too nice for my truck!
