Anyone know where I can find one? I don't mean the $300 ones I see all over with the frame, that lift like a full cover. I mean the ones I've seen around that are basically a piece of thick vinyl with snaps. I'm not planning on really hauling much in my truck, but I live in the NW and it rains here a lot of the time. I have a nice Gem-Top lid on my Silverado, but I don't want to spend $750 on one for the Toyota... seems excessive to spend more for the bed cover than the truck!!

I was gonna ask at Schucks, but anyone have an ideas? I'm sure I could make one if it comes down to it.

I remember back in the 70's my grandfather actually made one for himself. I remember it being some sort of black faux leather or vinyl with silver riveted snaps. Even finished the edges himself on an old sewing machine.

Your post just brought back memories of it. What a trip. :)

Nice! Yea I figure I'll have to make it. Probably canvas backed vinyl and the large snaps. it's a little bit of material, but it should be pretty durable. not like someone's gonna be sitting on it!
