Picked up a 82 Supra AFM plug and play 3 inches in, 3 inches out. Here is a pic of the stock one vs the Supra one: Tried to test fit the cone intake and it was hitting some tabs: Short work with the cut off wheel and no more issue: Installed into the truck, just needs some small adjustments: Truck has great pick up now and is running great Just need to buy a new A/C discharge hose because mine was full of pin holes and the A/C should be up and running. Best $25 bucks that I have ever spent and has a great sound now with the intake.
Yeah, it plugs right in but it needs to be from a 82 Supra and the part number needs to be 22250-43110. 82 is the only year that has this AFM. Also make sure you disconnect the battery before you plug it in and check it before you buy it. I had no issues but I have heard that some people get not working. I was able to install by windsheild water bottle back also.
