Hey guys, I recently started having troubles with shifting.. Cannot shift with the clutch even when truck not running.. replaced slave cylinder and bled lines, but did not fix issue. Replaced clutch master cylinder and bled again. Truck will shift when turned off but will not shift when cranked. Any ideas?

Sounds like a clutch issue to me. Did you check for movement on the throwout bearing fork when pushinng the clutch?

What's the state of the tranny lube? Could this also be a synchro issue?

Worn thro bearing or pressure plate can cause these issues like under construction mentioned

Did you try adjusting your clutch master properly

sounds by the path you have done thus far shows that that is the issue and you master was at fault then when replaced you did not readjust the new one

    have fun

Just went thru the same issue with my 4x.First changed slave still same, then master still same, inspected pedal throw and play in the clutch masters firewall area(common area for rust on guam I think brake fluid promotes rust)anyways all good there.Dropped the trans and transfer case(a b!tch btw)and found a blown out pilot bearing so replaced that and new clutch and pressure plate. Now it's cherry like auntie Marry.I'm positive the fingers on the pressure plate were weak already and wasnt giving full throw.
