Will they fit? I know the bolt pattern is right and the hubs will have to be bored out a tad, but I'm not 100% sure on the offset/backspacing and they're 18's so that's a lot of wheel/tire under there. Anyone have any measurements, or better yet any firsthand experience?

i think if you try...... you'll be the first with those wheels. i havent seen or heard of anyone trying those on. since its the standard acura 5 lug its gonna be the same 5x114 pattern. just the center bore might be too small and will need to be either machined out or use 1 inch spacers....

I've had them on my truck for 2 years now. They are 18x7 +35mm offset. They hardly tuck on my truck, but my bodystyle is about 2 inches narrower than the 84-88. They need to be bored out, and you need to run Lexus lug nuts ($$$)

They'll definitely need the centers bored out, as I think all the Lexus rims do. LOL at the Acura comment, but don't the 5-lug Hondas/Acuras have the same bolt pattern as us? May have to start looking at those as well.

Do you have any good pics of your setup? I found after I posted this thread that they were +35mm which might make them stick out a bit, but I don't have any real frame of reference yet with these trucks to picture how far that might be. And what size tires are you running?

They should tuck fine on your truck, since it's wider. You can tuck with less offset I believe. Here is kind of a rough offset guide.

    7" ~ +30-35
    7.5" ~ +35-40
    8" ~ +40-45
    8.5" +45 and up.

I am running a 205/40/18. I would like to run a 215/40/18, like I had on my 18x8 +45 wheels. But the RX wheels don't tuck as much as the 8" ones did and I can't run much wider without sacrificing some turning, which is already pretty limited for me.

Sounds like I might have to go with 4x4 front fenders after all, to give a little bit of turning room. The eventual plan for this truck, if the wheels allow it, is 5" of static drop (spindles and LCA's up front, blocks and 4x4 springs out back). I may have to do some cutting. :D

Do you have any close up pics of your truck and wheels?

They are less than 1/8" in the back. With the truck aired up to the point that the lip of the wheel is even with the fender lip there is about 3/8" of room. I can't fit my finger in there. I have to be above the tire to turn.

Badass! Your truck would never last here in Colorado lol, you're lucky to have nice smooth highways out there year round. I'm not planning on going nearly as low as that, and if my truck is a bit wider than yours plus the option of 4x4 front fenders, I think I'll be okay with the 18's. Thanks for the pics!

I've been to Denver. CA has some highways that are much worse than what I saw there.

Yipe. I guess it's good to be bagged sometimes, eh? :) How often do you drive around as low as you are in that highway shot?

Only when I'm trying to show off, or there are cameras around (same thing). Otherwise it's 3-4 inches or more, and I can still bottom out on the highways like that. That stretch of Highway (I5) is really nice. The 80, 580, 880 etc, horrible.

Paypal'd for the RX wheels tonight. I'll have to get the centers bored and then save up for tires, so it'll be a while before they actually make it onto the truck, but I will be sure to post pics when they're on. Thanks y'all for all the input. :D
