Interested to know if anyone has any idea / proof what an RN1x weighs.

Best I can find is 1075kg but not from a reliable source (it says 1970 RN20 Pickup) and have not been able to confirm anywhere else. It also isn't clear if that's including the pickup/styleside body or not.

A Toyota brochure would be ideal, otherwise has anyone weighbridged their car?

Failing that, even "hearsay" weights or internet links would be a nice start.

 

I was at the scrap yard the other day with my 72 hilux and got my friend who works there to weigh it for me. came in around 2300 pounds without me in it

 

Official figures from Toyota Australia brochure are:

1077kg trayback (RN16)
941kg cab/chassis only (RN16-3)
