ring and pinion gears

    74 Hilux Long Bed
    where is the best place to get new ring and pinion gears for the rearend? also lockers? i have a 74 hilux.. stock rear but with a 20r and 5spd.. need better gears more suited for that engine vs the originals.. also any recommendations for ratio?
