Well i did something very very stupid:brickknock: i thought i would cut out the webbing on my grill and was too lazy to take it off and do it right but long story short i cut one of the hard lines on the reciever and lost all my refrigerant, the one that goes across the condenser..i think its a liquid line..the hole is very small and was wondering if i can patch it with anything or should i just buy a new line? The hole is not very big at all..i'll put a pic up later...i know i know go ahead and say it:brickknock:

i've tig welded a/c lines that had cracks and holes in them, but it was on giant dumptrucks where parts were unavailable for a couple weeks.

no jb weld! brazing should work as well. when i tig weld them the bead is easily about 1/32" wide.

i just picked up a set of r-134a/r12 gauges from napa. got them for $110. i actually used them to charge my house since it's the same fittings as r12.
