Hey guys what's the most easy way to remove paint down to the primer?? Sanding seems tuff but if I do sand what grit paper should be used? Also what should a good paint job cost with little to no bodywork needed? Any answers are greatly appreciated. thanks again guys!

I am just getting into the paint thing... plan on painting my truck myself
So I am interested in any pointers anyone has.

From what I read there is no need to go to primer unless your going from a dark color to light
Just use something like a scotchbrite on any good existing paint and never primer or paint over unscuffed paint
any good existing paint is a perfect base as long as it's roughed up enough for the new paint to grab.

exactly. feather out any major scratches or chips with 220, and prime those areas. then sand the whole truck with 320-400 grit. spray down a good sealer, so it has a uniform base color, then color and clear.

obviously thats the simple version. look online for info on painting and prepping. im sure youll find alot.
